**About The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team in Murrarie (Brisbane) on a casual basis. Conversion to Permanent Part Time role available after probation period.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll use your personality and charm to engage potential customers and contribute to our company's growth through canvassing and outbound calling.

This is a results-driven position that offers flexible working days to suit your schedule, along with fantastic commissions for appointments booked with potential leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Book & schedule appointments for the BDM team
- Use the CRM system to manage the customer database

**About You**
- Excellent communicator
- Strong computer literacy
- Professional attitude & willingness to learn
- Previous outbound calling/ sales experience preferred, but not essential
