The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with prospective clients, and booking high-quality appointments for our advisers. Success in this role comes from staying motivated, reaching daily and weekly targets, and bringing positive energy and professionalism to every call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Explaining our services in superannuation and insurance clearly and professionally.
  • Qualifying prospects and booking appointments with advisers.
  • Meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining CRM records.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients over the phone.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or appointment setting.
  • Knowledge of superannuation and personal insurance (essential).
  • Previous financial services experience highly regarded.
  • Strong motivation with the ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Keen to learn, grow, and progress into more senior sales or advisory roles.
