**Job Summary**:

**Position objectives**
- Appointment setters contact potential customers arranging for decision makers to meet face to face with a member of the sales team to purchase Guest Services products & services.
- Provide a brief introduction to the publications we would like their business to be involved in and schedule confirmed meetings with the business owner or decision maker of the said business.
- Utilise and maintain an established database of provided contact leads and develop to create confirmed appointments with business decision makers.
- Learn and memorise professional scripts to provide information about the company's products or services personalising it slightly to make them engaging and successful in arranging appointments.
- Maintain a log to record details about their conversations with customers on the company CRM.
- Provide follow-up information to prospective customers when necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports to managers on the results of their efforts.

**Hours**

8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

**Skills required**
- Resident in Australia with easy access to Morningside Brisbane QLD
- Self-starter with initiative and proactive attitude
- Great telephone manner
- Good listening skills
- Basic IT skills
- Good communication skills in clear English
- Sales or customer service experience beneficial

- Ability to work as part of a team
