**Job Title: Appointment Setter (B2B)**

**Pay: 60,000 Base + Super + Comms + Bonuses**

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring up to 4 Full Time Appointment Setters to reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you have experience in cold calling and a passion for making workplaces safer, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to businesses to introduce our business
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects
- Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies

**About You**:

- Previous experience working towards KPI's
- Previous experience in cold calling or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are resilient and tenacious
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for workplace health and safety is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
