Vinlash, a leading company in the high-quality eyelashes extensions industry, is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the content strategy across
Vinlash's official social media channels
and
a network of satellite channels, aimed at enhancing brand presence and engagement within the eyelash extension community.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an overarching content strategy for all company social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message coherence.
Plan and schedule content publication, adapting based on performance analytics and market trends.
Manage and mentor the content team, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and skill development.
Optimize content strategy through data analysis and KPIs, aiming to increase engagement and grow the community.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing department and other teams to ensure seamless integration of advertising campaigns and events across communication channels.
Organize and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning and ROI assessment.
Requirements and skills
Take ownership, have the ability to self-study, research and come up with solutions, take initiative in work.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
At least 2 years of experience in content management or social media roles, preferably within the beauty industry.
Deep understanding of current social media trends and the ability to apply them to content strategies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of creating engaging and compelling content.
Ability to work independently and in a high-paced, multitasking environment.
Fluent in English or a foreign language.
