Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and execute social media strategies across all channels (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube), content pillars, and initiatives
- Work with the team to curate and create imagery, video and content that is aesthetically on-brand
- Develop on-brand tactical initiatives (e.g. competitions, brand partnerships, UGC campaigns)
- Manage and plan multi-channel content calendars
- Report, monitor and analyse performance to ensure activity is optimised and continuously improved
- Manage, monitor, and maintain all social media accounts including scheduling of posts across all platforms and community management.

To be successful in this role:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - punctuation, spelling and grammar
- Advanced social analytics skills, proven experience in hitting key social KPIs and reporting on the outcomes
- Highly organised and a great planner
- Ability to work within a close-knit team and autonomously
- Have great ideas and will flourish in a collaborative environment
- A strategic thinker and innovator
- You are results oriented and love finding creative ways to achieve goals
- Strong knowledge of social media technology, trends, and best practices
- Willingness to work both in our Warehouse and at Home
- A passion for content creation
- Development of digital marketing assets, through a working knowledge of graphic design, editing and creating assets

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- 1+ years of experience in similar roles, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate this
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative suite
- Experience in video editing (advantage)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
