Due to growth and demand our Client is looking to hire an Energetic, Versatile and Enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administration Assistant.

Based in the Yatala area, your familiarity with an office environment and your strong drive for success and client relations will integrate well with our clients' core values. You will also look forward to progressing your current skills.

About the role:

- Outstanding communication skills
- both written and verbal;
- Administration duties including ordering, receipting & invoicing;
- Customer service handling incoming & outgoing calls;
- Strong computer skills including Office, Excel & Outlook;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- 2+ years experience in professional customer service environment;
- Flexibility to switch tasks easily and multitask;
- Presentable and tidy;
- Available for an immediate interview;
- Reliability is the key this position could move to a permanent position

**Salary**: $32.78 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Sunnybank, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
