Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Professional
We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused professional to join our team in a part-time administration role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retail brand, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email and in-store enquiries
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including purchasing processes and general retail operations
- To liaise with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues efficiently
- To work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and goals
- To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
- To have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general Adhoc
- Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
