We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused administration professional to join our team.
About the Role:
As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting purchasing processes, and assisting with general retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Be highly organized and possess great time management skills.
- Experience in filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling, and general ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload effectively.
- Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word.
Requirements:
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
