- Easy Authoring is seeking for Workforce Projects Consultant to_
- develop capability and to undertake a range of workforce initiatives across the branch and division_

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate and design deliverables with other MOH divisions, LHDs and Pillar Organisations to support alignment of workforce planning with other forms of planning such as redevelopment planning and clinical services planning
- Lead and manage NSW Health Workforce Well-Being Project
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate and continuously improve workforce planning solutions
- Progress and support delivery of the Virtual Care Workforce project to inform the Virtual Health Care Strategy to support a sustainable health system that delivers outcomes that matter to patients and the community, is personalised, invests in wellness, and is digitally enabled
- Continue collaborative work packages with established project group for Workforce Planning Capability to support continuous improvement and capability development which align to strategic priorities
- Establish and maintain codesign of innovative workforce planning solutions with LHD/N, Pillars, and support agencies
- Provide ongoing support for any workforce surge planning because of the emerging COVID situation.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in managing similar types of programs.
- Previous experience in stakeholder engagement and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience in managing technical and non-technical teams to deliver an outcome.
- Understanding of NSW Health priorities, key strategies and relevant to the project.
