**About the role**:
Our Project Management team is looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to provide financial assistance and support to the Project Managers. The key objectives of the role are:
**Cost Management**: Maintain accurate project financial information within the designated cost reporting system.
**Procurement Management**: Prepare Professional Service Agreements (PSAs) for each project between client and consultants.
**Scope Management**: Develop an understanding of project scope and functional requirements and their relationship to own tasks.
**Resource Management**:Ensure project timesheets are completed to meet business requirements; maintain project resourcing and revenue for each project within the Job Analysis book.
**Integration Management**: Ensure project reporting requirements are successfully completed.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
