Work-life balance is important, and we encourage flexibility and a balanced lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management (CRM): Working with our CRM manager and our Loyalty marketing lead, to design, create and execute CRM driven loyalty & reward campaigns.Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.Content Briefing: Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content to support our marketing campaign objectives.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions), analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and revenue growth.Skills and ExperienceDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant fieldExperience working within either B2C or B2B MarketingExperience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channelsAbility to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagementOrganised and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesSolid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing, and experience building campaigns and calendars to support the activityWhat we offer33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)*Personal development leading to career opportunities across UK & EuropeContributory pension schemeLife assuranceSupport through our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for you and your familyDiscounted Health Club membershipsHospital Plan and Online GPCycle to work scheme*pro rata for PT colleaguesLKQ Euro Car Parts sits at the heart of the automotive aftermarket, supplying an unrivalled range of vehicle parts to over 18,000 customers through a world-class logistics operation in the UK and Ireland.
