Job Title: Marketing Professional

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within B2C or B2B marketing, as well as a solid understanding of CRM marketing principles. They will be able to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement. Organisational and detail-oriented individuals who can handle multiple projects and meet deadlines will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Working with our CRM manager and loyalty marketing lead, to design, create and execute CRM driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Content Briefing: Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content to support our marketing campaign objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions), analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field
  • Experience working within either B2C or B2B Marketing
  • Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channels
  • Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement
