About the Role

- Lead a team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Haematology and Solid Tumours, aligned with global and local objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions (e.g., EBC, CML, PNH, ITP, and emerging pipeline).
- Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and development for emerging talent.
- Utilise data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans tailored to clinician preferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, sales, market access, and vendor partners) to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.
- Uphold compliance with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and internal policies, ensuring ethical standards in all activities.
- Drive robust business planning and manage P&L to ensure effective resource allocation and prioritization.
- Develop external partnerships across the therapeutic area to improve patient outcomes and support market access strategies.

Your Profile:

- Extensive Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience:Minimum 8–10 years of proven success in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with expertise across both Haematology and Solid Tumours.
- Leadership in Complex Environments:Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities. High learning agility to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.
- Strategic and Collaborative Approach:Skilled in developing impactful strategies and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Oncology Expertise:Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including therapeutic area knowledge and a vision for driving innovation in cancer care.
