**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing - including a thorough understanding of HR systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI (Pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
- High level written and verbal communicatio
- Experience in effective planning, prioritisation and delivery of multiple concurrent project
- Ability to work collaboratively across the range of People and Culture functions, and assist with other member's workload when required

**A typical day in this role**
- Work on dashboard within Power BI
- Respond to adhoc data and reporting requests
- Engage with stakeholders to map report requiremetns and build soluitions
- Data maintenance
