Workforce Data Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Workforce Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to shaping HR strategy by managing and analysing key workforce data. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through effective data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve, cleanse and analyse HR data from various sources, preparing reports that meet organisational requirements.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems and data to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy of reporting.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of HR metrics to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with industry standards, including assisting with external reporting such as WGEA.
  • Develop and implement processes to support employee onboarding, offboarding, and induction, ensuring seamless transitions for all employees.
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Workforce Reporting & analytics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess and question inaccuracies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve key deliverables.
  • Confidence and continuous improvement approach in working proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of HRIS such as WorkDay, Success Factors, ELMO (or similar systems).
