**A great opportunity now exists for an experienced Branch Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team.**

**About Capral**

**Capral** is Australia's largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With approximately 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**About the Role**

This role is responsible for contributing to the achievement of sales growth, profit and market share through the sale of product whilst providing outstanding levels of customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Counter sales and enquiries
- Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
- Product support to customers.

**About You**
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- experience in a similar customer service role
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- medium level computer literacy
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
