Job Title: Branch Administrator

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly, professional, and helpful assistance.
  • Set up customer accounts and reports, and collaborate with the sales team on quotes and rental agreements.
  • Coordinate equipment transportation, refueling, and service scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process invoices, credits, and rechargeable expenses related to freight, fuel, and labor.
  • Maintain accurate customer and site information, monitoring accounts in line with credit terms.
  • Compile and submit branch service metrics and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Support stocktakes, fleet transfers, and general branch administration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ERP project delivery to enhance operational efficiency.
Success Measures:
  • Invoices processed on time and in line with agreements.
  • Customer and service data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Service and work orders are completed and closed correctly.
  • Reports and forecasts submitted accurately and on time.
  • A strong safety culture with a focus on ZERO harm.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a service or rental environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confidence using business systems, such as ERP software.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
