We have an opportunity for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Operations Technology team as a Business Systems Support Specialist. As a vital member of our team, you'll be the go-to expert, providing essential internal support and ensuring that our third-party systems are running smoothly. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving system improvements, conducting user testing, and managing user guides, making a significant difference to our operations.

**How You'll make a difference?
Collaborating closely with our internal Health and Wellness teams and external third-party providers, you'll put your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to work. Your keen eye for detail will help you conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems, uncovering efficiencies and impactful opportunities for improvement. When you spot those opportunities, you won't hesitate to implement your recommendations, contributing to the achievement of our crucial KPIs.

As the resident expert in Health and Wellbeing IT systems, you'll play a key role in delivering system changes and upgrades. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Melbourne or Sydney office. We offer hybrid working arrangements, providing you the flexibility to work from the office or remotely.

Your everyday tasks are but not limited to:

- Conducting detailed analysis on business process/systems, identifying efficiencies, and implementing those recommendations
- Being an SME on Health and Wellbeing processes and IT systems (requirements gathering, ticket prioritisation, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, team training and support for end users)
- Assisting the development of operational documentation such as process documents, training manuals, and user guides
- Analysing data from a variety of sources across Health and Wellbeing systems, to support the management of portfolio performance, inform decision making, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assisting with development and management of project documentation (e.g., business case submissions, communicating status updates, prioritising action items and progress reporting)
- Engaging within the Health and Wellbeing Delivery and Operations team and demonstrating a willingness to support team tasks and deliverables during peak periods

- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Health, or related discipline (desirable)
- Strong IT administration or project coordination skills, including ticket prioritisation or system administration - a tech savvy problem solver
- Effective time management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities to hit targets and deliver on time - the master of organisation
- Unparalleled attention to detail, coupled with a natural talent for problem-solving and critical thinking
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, with Intermediate excel skills - you navigate these tools like a pro
- Experience navigating relationships with third party providers (desirable)
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communic
