Enterprise Architect Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and leading enterprise application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Leadership: Define and lead enterprise application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting architectural solutions and influencing decision-making.
Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end application architectures, including cloud-native, hybrid, and legacy systems integration.
Governance & Standards: Establish architectural governance, best practices, and standards across projects and teams.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend strategic adoption and integration.
Delivery Oversight: Support delivery teams in translating architectural designs into actionable implementation plans, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries.
Strong foundation in application architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices.
Deep understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and security architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the C-suite level.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe) are highly desirable.
