Strategic Enterprise Architecture Governance Expert

About the Role:

This is a high-level position that requires a visionary leader to drive the evolution of our enterprise architecture governance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Foster collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance principles across the organization.
  3. Develop and champion architectural standards, policies, and design patterns to support the full lifecycle of telco assets.
  4. Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight, promoting performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  5. Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift across the enterprise architecture function.
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong governance expertise and a track record of implementing architecture oversight, including telecommunications industry knowledge.
  • Technical breadth across GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level engagement.
  • Pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments, with a passion for continuous improvement and architectural excellence.
