Enterprise Architect Position

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned solution architect to develop and drive the enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration with existing systems and enterprise-wide technology frameworks.
  • Providing leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Ongoing optimisation of system performance, scalability, and security is essential.
  • The successful candidate will identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Collaboration with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals is crucial.
  • Maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation and governance frameworks is also a key aspect of this position.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • We require a minimum of 5 years in solution architecture, with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • You should have strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
  • A deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration within enterprise environments is necessary.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools is desired.
  • Proficiency in API management, ETL, iPaaS, and data governance is also required.
  • A strong background in security, compliance, and database management (SQL & NoSQL) is expected.
About You:
  • You should be able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams is also required.
