Wave International is a Resource Development firm with ~20 years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management, and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, bulk commodities and more.

We are seeking a recruitment professional with experience in delivering best practice end-to-end recruitment, selection and placement outcomes, and associated HR-related tasks.

Reporting to the Manager - HR, this position will suit a well organised, 2-8 year experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional seeking an opportunity in a multifaceted Engineering firm. An experienced agency Resourcer / Recruiter with a genuine interest in Engineering Recruitment are welcome to apply.

**Position duties will entail**:

- Consultation with internal Project Managers / Principals to understand project staffing needs short and long term
- Telephone and face to face interviewing
- On-boarding of personnel via the HRIS and ensuring compliance in line with the Wave QMS, Policies and procedures
- Proactive searching using LinkedIn, Hiretual and similar headhunting tools
- Contribute to the monthly company broadcasts / internal mails outs and support in maintaining a positive, engaged and upbeat workforce culture

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills with high accuracy
- Well developed writing / command of the English language
- Taking pride in your work, celebrating positive outcomes, troubleshoot pressure points
