We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Supervisor to join our hard working maintenance team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This position requires an experienced, professional, reliable and well organised person.

Your key responsibilities and duties include:

- Your number one priority will be to maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including: golf course, gardens, lawns, pool areas, and other common areas;
- Supervise and lead the groundskeeping team
- Undertake grounds care including; mowing, fertilising, and gardening.
- Irrigation system maintenance and management
- Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required)
- Caring and servicing the pool and spa areas;
- Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly; and
- Build & maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management.

**Qualifications**
- Comprehensive knowledge of horticulture, machinery and irrigation
- Pool Maintenance Experience
- Strong knowledge of chemicals (AQF 3)
- Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills
- Certificate in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens an advantage
