Job Opportunity: Landscape Construction Supervisor

This is an exciting chance to lead a team of skilled landscapers and apprentices in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team on a day-to-day basis in all areas of landscape construction, including hard and soft scaping. They will also communicate with the construction manager, office support, and clients on-site, report ongoing works back to relevant teams, manage and mentor staff and apprentices, liaise with clients and designers, and ensure site safety and construction quality.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or similar)
  • At least three years' experience as a supervisor, with a focus on residential projects
  • Sound knowledge of both hard & soft construction techniques
  • A construction induction card ('white card')
  • Experience with earthmoving equipment (excavator/bobcat)
  • A current driver's license
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to teach and lead a team
