Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to manage our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Direct and coordinate a team of landscapers and labourers to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timeframes and materials to ensure timely completion.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training for apprentices and junior staff, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and lead by example, setting high standards for team performance.
  • Tasks and Skills: Apply advanced skills in landscape construction tasks such as earthworks, concreting, paving/tiling, decking/carpentry, retaining, fencing, garden edging, drainage, irrigation, planting and turfing.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification in Landscape Construction (Cert III or higher) is essential.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of structural landscape construction experience as a qualified tradesperson is required.
