**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced operational professional with a genuine understanding of luxury brands? Through your passion and innovation, this role offers outstanding opportunity for a natural born business leader who strives for continuous improvement and team culture.

**What you will be doing**:

- Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee and manage food & beverage outlets to ensure outstanding service is delivered with a friendly, genuine and engaging service flair
- Build and develop a high performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational and empowering approach
- Be actively involved in the marketing and promotional activities for food and beverage outlets
- Oversee financial deliverables of the food & beverage services department, to ensure budgeted expectations are achieved

Complete administrational duties including but not limited to: month end reporting, rostering and payroll, ordering, budget preparation, forecasting and menu engineering.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar leadership role, within high-end dining operations
- Established a la carte and bar management understanding
- Demonstrated hands-on capability within operations
- Proven record of driving a culture of guest obsession and loyalty within the team
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Availability across a 7-day roster, including week days, weekends and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Responsible Person license
- A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
