Job Description:

- Oversee and manage food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative approach
- Be actively involved in marketing and promotional activities for food and beverage outlets
- Oversee financial deliverables of the food and beverage services department, ensuring budgeted expectations are achieved

Additionally, you will be responsible for complete administrative duties, including month-end reporting, rostering, payroll, ordering, budget preparation, forecasting, and menu engineering.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within high-end dining operations
  • Established understanding of a la carte and bar management
  • Demonstrated hands-on capability within operations
  • Proven record of driving a culture of guest obsession and loyalty within the team
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Responsible Person license
  • A true love and passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
