Grow existing accounts, find new business
- Based from home, on the road
- Exp. in motors, pumps, HVAC desirable
Our client is well known across the motor industry across the globe and around the country, as a result career opportunities abound for an experienced BDM or Account Manager with a background in electrical engineering, motors, pumps or HVAC.
This is very much a Team environment, bonuses are paid based on team and not the individual and is a highly collaborative workplace.
You will be responsible for generating new leads and achieving growth in the existing portfolio. You will be out on the road, predominantly in the Metro area, Illawarra and the Hunter although further travel in the state may be required on occasion.
**About you and the role**:
- Ideally have sold electric motors, pumps, HVAC
- Mining industry contacts
- Able to have technical conversations around electric motors
- Engineering or Business qualifications well regarded
- Negotiation skills
- Willing to present in a public forum, trade shows
- Reactivate dormant accounts, source new business
- Prepare budgets and presentations
- Track and record activity on target accounts
