Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing sales and margin information to identify new initiatives for profitability and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and margin reports to inform business decisions.
  • Determine reporting needs and create solutions with colleagues.
  • Gather data and analysis for new initiatives and business propositions.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, including Excel expertise.
  • Familiarity accessing database structures.
  • Liaise confidently with all levels within the organization.
  • Independent, self-sufficient, and able to cope under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting, 3-5 years' experience in FP&A/Commercial analyst role, CPA/CA Qualification or working towards.
