About the Role
My Property Guy is looking for a dedicated Associate Buyers Agent to join our team in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
Make calls and liaise with real estate agents to source properties that align with client briefs.
Interpret and understand client needs, providing tailored property recommendations and ensuring their goals are met.
Negotiate on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions to secure the best possible outcomes.
Work closely under the Managing Director to support key transactions and ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.
Assist with client communication throughout the buying journey, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Prepare property reports, client briefs, and transaction documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
Support the Managing Director with administrative tasks related to property acquisitions and business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector.
Experience in residential real estate transactions and buyer representation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
In-depth understanding of the Sydney real estate market.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions for clients.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
