They are seeking someone with a mature and responsible outlook who takes pride in their work and will enjoy playing a key part in the ongoing growth and development of the business.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Full management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Daily and monthly reconciliations, debtor/creditor statements and reports.
- Management of General Ledger, P & L, balance sheet reports.
- Management of Asset Register and depreciation schedules.
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS, Workcover statements.
- Full management of Purchase Order processing.
- General administration - distribute mail, order supplies, organise and co-ordinate catering for meetings and functions.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Significant experience in managing full payroll and accounts functions.
- A background in bookkeeping or Management Accounting.
- Highly developed organisational skills, you must be process driven with exceptional attention to detail.
- High levels of autonomy and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication and a team focused attitude.
- Previous experience of an engineering or technical manufacturing environment.
- A genuine desire to work with and contribute to the team and the ongoing success of the business.
