We're seeking a dynamic Planning Specialist to shape the road ahead for connected mobility solutions and product innovation. You'll help transform market research and stakeholder insights into captivating products that entice customers, boost dealer performance, and futureproof TMCA's position in the automotive world.

This is a max term position until June 2027.

How you'll make an impact- Drive strategic planning by turning market insights into high-impact solutions that boost desirability, sales, and satisfaction—and deliver them through compelling papers and sharp stakeholder engagement.- Monitor industry trends, competitor offering, and translate insights into sharp updates for stakeholders and to make informed strategic decisions.- Execute planning processes that align with policy and drive long-term customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.- Drives business growth by transforming data, market trends, and stakeholder input into powerful substantiation supporting compelling business cases.

Your attributes. If you have one more, we would love to hear from you- Passion for innovation- Strong stakeholder management and multi-modal communication skills- Market insights experience- Ability to plan, analyse and synthesise data with a strategic mindset- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
