**What's the role?**

We're on the lookout for a **Performance Manager**to join our team. You'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the mortgage portfolio's balance sheet using sharp insights and strong data foundations. This role is about turning complex financial performance into clear, actionable strategies that help us grow key channels and customer segments and drive performance that matters

**What do I need?**
- A strong foundation in financial services, mortgage banking, or performance management, with a focus on actionable insight generation.
- Hands-on skills in data analysis, modelling, and tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Clear communication and presentation abilities, especially when engaging senior leaders, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset, able to break down complex issues and identify drivers of portfolio growth.
- Resilience and independence in managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A background in finance, strategy, or product management, ideally with a focus on home lending or mortgage performance.
