**About the role**

This Melbourne based Project Coordinator role will be supporting the delivery of the Cachet Group clients' projects across the group. The core aspects of the role include ensuring all project requirements are satisfactorily managed. As well as contract administration, you will also support the Project Director/Manager to plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict time, quality and budget constraints always upholding mutual benefit philosophy. This will require coordinating the efforts of internal teams, management, end user clients, third party contractors and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- supporting the delivery of the Cachet Group clients' projects across the group.
- Ensuring all project requirements are satisfactorily managed.
- Supporting the Project Director/Manager to plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict time, quality and budget constraints always upholding mutual benefit philosophy.
- Coordinating the efforts of internal teams, management, end user clients, third party contractors and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

You will be capable of working on your own initiative, operating both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider Design & Delivery team. You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a "can do attitude" being both responsive and proactive.

**Role requirements...What's essential for us?**

To be successful and thrive in this role you will have
- Ideally 2-3 years' experience in project coordination or contract administration role
- Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
- Strong knowledge of the design and delivery process in a commercial context
- Experienced in using and developing internal systems and processes such as WHS Management and Project Delivery systems.
- Understand and coordinate tasks, giving direction quickly to both internal and external stakeholders
- A keen willingness to learn and excel in your role
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management or similar relevant qualification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
