Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This exciting opportunity is part of a growing boutique consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects across various sectors.

The successful candidate will contribute to project management from concept through to completion, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a client-side PM role or head contractor experience. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

They will also be proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project, and have a basic understanding of industry standard contract forms.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property or similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.
