**About Them**
This organisation is a leading provider of integrated facilities services with clients across Australia and New Zealand. With a number of projects across the country they are going from strength to strength. As a result, they currently have a great opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking Safety Advisor to join their team and manage safety at a site level throughout Melbourne.
**About the Role**
You will provide expert health, safety and environment advice, guidance and support to management and staff of contracts across an allocated portfolio of contracts, including service delivery partners. In doing this, you will be contributing to the growth and success of the line of business they support, by working in partnership and coaching/influencing the behaviour of others as required.
**About You**
You are an engaging safety professional who understands how to get the best out of people. You are innovative, driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and have the ability to improve a team's performance.
You will be energetic and proactive with a can do attitude. Highly developed communication skills are essential in order to drive change and collaboration across the team.
