As a Field Services Coordinator you will support our team in daily activities and communications. You will be in close contact with customers and employees considering various technical, accounting and labour information.

As a Field Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support to the Field Service Manager and scheduling training for technicians
- Ensuring accuracy of service-related documentation, including but not limited to processing service orders and invoices.
- Maintaining stock availability, ensuring all PPE available for field service teams each task scheduled.
- Documenting and maintaining service department processes. Liaise with all departments across the Company.
- Providing support to Field Service Technicians with information, changes, and re-scheduling. Schedule monthly routine cost control reviews

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have relevant administrative experience, at least 4 years of experience in Support Services
- Have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
