Our company offers a unique opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team in organizing and scheduling regular field service activities, ensuring effective communication with external clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and scheduling of field service activities
  • Communication with external customers and internal team members
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Managing paperwork and using internal systems and portals
  • Providing support to the State Operations Manager and Service Manager
  • Reporting client and team member feedback

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, planning, and customer service
  • Proof of vaccination
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
