**Role Summary**:
The Project Officer is a newly created 12 month contract based in our Business Services team at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of the role is to provide direct support to the Project Manager of the Central Park Project (Office Relocation and Fit-Out). You will assist the project manager with project governance and administration, attending meetings on behalf of the project manager when required. In addition, you will be required to provide a detailed review of the current business as usual operations and focus on operational readiness activities for activation of Central Park at practical completion.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the coordination of the design, construct and relocation activities associated with transitioning to Synergy's new head office at Central Park
- Work closely with the internal and external project teams maintaining sound and open communication
- Plan and coordinate activities for day 1 operations at Central Park to minimise downtime post relocation
- Work closely with the change management team to plan & implement activities such as staff orientations tours of the new office, how we operate in the new premises etc
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure key stakeholders are informed of project progression

**What you'll bring**:

- 3-5+ years' in a Facilities Project Management environment
- Experience working with large project multifunctional project teams and supporting enterprise change
- Office relocation experience
- Experience in building make good obligations will be highly regarded
- Stakeholder engagement capability
