Hudson's client is looking for an organised and proactive new addition to their team to provide and coordinate administrative and project support amongst our fast-paced group of companies in the building, environmental, and risk sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management, Coordination and Support activities to support operational areas of the business.
- Scheduling projects, bookings, and other administrative tasks to assist operations.
- Helping building inspectors finish projects by organizing and driving delivery of projects.
- Organising building inspectors and delivery of projects.
- Liaising with client side, making sure issues are resolved.
- Tracking and follow up of tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Task-driven, autonomous work with no supervision.
- Following up with building inspectors and driving everyone else to meet deadlines.
- Solution-focused with a strong background in logistics and operations.
- Organisational, business, and project support for Leadership Team and Operational Areas.
- Other duties as required.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience working as a coordinator, project officer, or senior administrative role for at least three years in a comparable role (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills (required).
- A team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience (required).
- Knowledge and experience of using ServiceM8 (desirable).
- Experience in logistics and operations beneficial.
