We're currently on the lookout for a Pant Manager at our Hobart Plant.
**Key focus & responsibilities**
In this pivotal role, you will assist in driving continued operations growth at our Hobart site in TAS. Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, the Plant Manager (Hobart) role will see you manage all facets of manufacturing and operations across Stramit.
This role will ensure the branch continues to operate safely and towards a target of Zero Harm; EBIT budget is met, DIFOTIS & Net Promoter Score KPI's are achieved; and productivity & quality targets are delivered. In addition, you will lead and develop an experienced team and strengthen relationships with cross functional teams both onsite and across our national footprint. Your role is a pivotal part of the Operations leadership group.
