Equipment Operations Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Operate mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage crushing plant operations with expertise.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and ensure plant cleanliness.
  • Promote problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety within the team.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in mobile plant operation is highly regarded.
  • A valid HR truck license is advantageous but not required.
  • Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
  • You should be self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
