Job Title: Senior Projects Engineer – Water
This is a technical leadership role in regional infrastructure with work-life balance built in. As a Senior Projects Engineer – Water and Waste, you will deliver and support key infrastructure projects across water, wastewater, and waste. This role leads an experienced team and provides engineering input into project design and delivery, contract management, capital works preparation, asset inspections, and reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Lead a team of engineers and technicians
Provide technical guidance on project design and delivery
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
Education Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in environmental, water, or waste engineering (or a related field)
Skills and Experience:
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks
Experience in contract and asset management
Proficiency with technical software and reporting
Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
