Water Infrastructure Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of pump and pumping systems, valves and associated pipework on multiple sewer pumping stations upgrade and treatment projects across Sydney.

You will be working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Your experience in confined space works, testing, and maintenance, as well as your ability to make quick decisions while ensuring the safety of all team members and personnel onsite, will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification or similar discipline, a White card, First Aid certification, and a NSW Drivers licence (MR/HR desirable). You will also have experience working under pressure and in emergency situations, strong problem-solving skills, and sound interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to successfully complete projects on time and to high standards
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform confined space works, testing, and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or similar discipline
