Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend requires an experienced **Organisation Development Officer **to join our Human Resources team in Sydney. We are seeking a driven individual, passionate about implementing organisation development strategies (e.g. diversity and inclusion). **Job Description**:

- Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the Workforce Development, Aboriginal and Industry and Participation (WDAIP) plans, requirements and programs.
- Working collaboratively with project workforce teams to support consistent delivery and reporting of workforce development requirements to meet key targets.
- Responsible for the delivery and reporting requirements on the project specific WDAIP plans.
- Ensuring compliance with the project specific WDAIP requirements.
- Provide broader organisation development support capability to the Turner & Townsend ANZ business.
- Assist with providing HR advice to operational teams.
- General support to the HR function as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree, diploma or advanced diploma in Human Resources or Certificate IV or equivalent in Training and Assessment or Organisational Development.
- Demonstrated appropriate learning and development work experience in workforce development within the design, engineering, rail or construction industries preferred.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with stakeholders including but not limited to education providers, registered training organisations, skill services organisations and procurement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with the implementation and delivery of diversity and inclusion programs.
