Job Title: Organisational Support Officer
The role of an Organisational Support Officer is to oversee and coordinate administrative tasks across various teams. Their primary focus is on supporting the planning, preparation, and delivery of training programs.
This includes client support, registration management, procurement, scheduling, and organisation of training materials, travel arrangements, and financial processes.
The officer will utilise strong organisational, time management, and communication skills to manage multiple tasks or requests simultaneously and accurately. In carrying out these responsibilities, the officer will uphold and adhere to core values and beliefs.

- Key Duties:
- Support and maintain administrative systems, including task management tools, scheduled meetings, and performance monitoring.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and report generation.
- Maintain and update databases, contracts, and records of accredited trainers.
- Coordinate stocktakes, logistics, and ensure compliance with external standards.
- Oversee financial processes, including account checks, payment follow-ups, and expenditure reporting.
- Additional Training Duties:
- Arrange logistics (venue, travel, accommodation) within budget.
- Coordinate room setup, catering, and pre-course materials.
- Confirm participant details and expectations.
- Prepare and ship training materials and manage payments.
- Provide support to trainers as needed.
- Manage records, and update certifications.
- Complete reporting and financial audits.
- Other support tasks:
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to provide additional support across the organisation as needed.
