**Drive Strategic Outcomes**

The Manager Organisational Planning and Improvement will play a key role in leading the agency's annual planning cycle, driving strategic outcomes and improving processes. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals.

This position requires an individual who can utilise their skills and passion for improving organisations to help volunteers and communities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results-driven solutions.

  • Have demonstrated experience in corporate planning
  • Have proven experience in continuous improvement and/or process improvement
