Organisational Culture Specialist

This role is responsible for collaborating with the People and Culture Manager to enhance our workplace environment.

About the Role

The Organisational Culture Specialist will be working closely with the P&C Manager to sculpt our organisational culture and streamline human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the P&C Manager on initiatives to develop a positive work environment.
  • Provide essential support with data entry, records management, and general administration tasks.
  • Maintain our internal communications, ensuring our content is vibrant and engaging.
  • Assist in crafting an exciting social calendar, from employee events and celebrations to other cultural initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires, working closely with IT, Safety and new-hire team departments.
  • Screen job applicants, set up meetings, and coordinate interviews to streamline our recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Highly organised and thorough, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Previous administration / office management & data entry experience.
  • Experience within a HR or People and Culture team.
