Our client is a key Federal Government agency with high-level responsibility for overseeing the development and administration of policies, programs, initiatives and technology that ensure the health and welfare of the Australian population. Working closely with other agencies within their portfolio, our client is undertaking a number of significant ICT projects to enable the development and provision of a range of services for Australians.

**The Role**

Key deliverables will include:

- Service Catalogue and Service Blueprints
- User Personas and Service Design Outputs
- Business Case Development
- Strategy Models and Roadmaps
- Documentation and Collaboration

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience working as a Service Designer
- Expertise in service design methodologies, user research and journey mapping
- Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops with staff at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Qualifications in Design, Service Design, Human-Centred Design or a related field (desirable)

Possession of a Baseline security clearance is preferred.
